The wait
Custom-ordered glass has a lead time, and this one tested the customer’s patience: almost four months from order to install. The review is candid about it, and just as candid about what happened next, a phone call to ask what was going on.
The fix
That call got the job on the schedule, and Ian handled the installation. The photos catch the work in progress: a technician in a Window Gurus shirt fitting the new unit at a tall window, and another using a suction-cup lifter to handle the glass.
The result
The last photo shows the finished window with a blue spruce and a pine behind it. By the customer’s own estimate the install took maybe fifteen minutes, and the price is rated affordable.
