- 5 years warranty on glass
- 3 years warranty in woodwork
- 1 year warranty on hardware
- 3 years warranty on full window replacement
Painting, staining, priming and caulking services are included on the parts that were replaced online. Paint and stain must be provided by a customer.
Non-Warranty Services
For services not covered under warranty, including minor repairs and diagnostics, we charge an initial fee of $175. This fee covers the assessment and recommendation of necessary repairs. If you choose to proceed with our services, we’ll credit this amount towards your final bill, ensuring that you receive both value and quality.
