We had 2 of our worst crank-out windows fixed. Quality is really pretty good. 1 window frame was completely rebuilt. We will likely have Window Guru's come fix more windows next Spring vs fully replacing the windows. The issue we had was that the repair techs were not very friendly especially when they got argumentive that they didnt have the time to do what was right, because the office scheduled another job the same day. Which really wasn't our problem. It was listed in the contract as a possible task. We had to get our sales tech involved and even then, there was still arguments initially with us and the techs. They finally did what was right. In the end, everything was done well and the quality of the job is worth the price. We have functioning windows like brand new. The price was less then buying new windows. I would recommend them again.
