The story

What happened

The customer tells the backstory with good humor: teenagers, horseplay and a basketball added up to a busted window and ruined window treatments, hence the note to please disregard the broken blinds. In the photos the crack is easy to spot, running down through the glass behind the slats.

What we did

Our team took care of the glass, and the part the customer singles out is how quickly the replacement arrived. Both photos in the review show the window as it was before the visit, which is why the bent blinds are still in the frame.

The result

The review praises amazingly helpful team members, phenomenal customer service and a reasonable price, and closes with a thank-you for a wonderful job. The service is listed as window repair, the price as affordable.
